RED CROSS OFFERS EARLY THANKSGIVING DINNER FUND RAISER
Galax, VA........On Friday, Nov. 19, local turkeys will be giving their all to raise funds
for the Wood’s River Chapter of the American Red Cross. From 11 AM until 2PM,
turkey lovers can purchase a full course Thanksgiving dinner for $5 by calling the Red
Cross at (276)2891 or faxing (276) 236-3595. Carry-outs are available as well as free
delivery for 2 or more orders within a 5 mile radius of the chapterhouse, 244 Bee Line
Drive, Galax.
The menu will include turkey, stuffing, green beans, baked apples, mashed
potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls, dessert, and a drink.
