This site will post information on testing date, time and location. Normally we test at the Twin County Regional Hospital. Come to the main hospital entrance. We also give tests at special sites when classes for licensing have been completed. Click the registration tab above to signup for a test session.
Advanced schedule for the year 2013 is January 10, April 11, July 11 and October 10th. Other test may be given at special times.

Our upcoming test will be under the Laurel VEC organization. This means that the testing will be free to all that participate. Please click on the registration link above and fill out the short form to let us know that you are planning on testing with us. You may print off a form 605 from a link above and we will also have blank 605s at the test site. You will need two forms of IDs and if you have a current Amateur Radio License bring a copy of your license that we can keep to send in with your test. Emergency Communications Test
We will also be giving test for "Introduction to Emergency Communications", EC-001. This is now the basic course for emergency communications. EC-016 which is the management level course can only be taken online. If you want to do field testing for EC-001, you must bring a copy of your certificate for ICS-100 and ICS-700. ICS-100 and 700 are now a requirement for EC-001. The cost for testing for emergency communications is $16.00. There is no charge for Amateur Radio license exam or license.
